Development blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the photographs.
Furthermore featured in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight release.
